My research integrates the fields of coastal geology, climate science, and oceanography. I am particularly interested the use of new technology (numerical models, GIS, mobile applications) to enhance coastal resilience. As the Assistant Director for the Coastal Institute, I work to promote and support interdisciplinary coastal research at the University and among several regional collaboratives convened through the CI.
