Submission/Request Forms

• CI Senior Fellow Application Form: Use this form to apply to become a Senior Fellow of the Coastal Institute.
• CI Proposal Submission Form: Use this form to submit a research proposal through the Coastal Institute. This is only available to CI Senior Fellows at the University of Rhode Island.
• *Grants-In-Aid Request Form: Use this form to submit a request for a Grant-in-Aid through the Coastal Institute. GIAs are only available to CI Senior Fellows at the University of Rhode Island who have successfully had a grant funded as a CI Proposal.
• CI Project Request Form: Use this form to request funding for a Leveraging Grant, Catalyst Grant CI Project, or CI Initiative.

*Please note, all Grants-in-Aid funds must be requested by May 1st and fully spent by June 1st of of each year.  View full GIA guidelines.

Reporting Forms

• Grants-In-Aid Reporting Form: Use this form to submit a report at the completion of project funded by a Grant-In-Aid, or at any other interval as agreed upon between the PI and the Coastal Institute.
• CI Project Reporting Form: Use this form to submit a report at the completion of a project funded by a Leveraging Grant, Catalyst Grant, CI Project, or CI Initiative.
• RI Environmental Monitoring Collaborative Annual Reporting Form: Use this form to submit an annual update on Rhode Island monitoring priorities; this form is for members of the RIEMC only and a password is required.
