Biography
Megan Delatte-Guidry is a PhD candidate in the Biological and Environmental Sciences Department at URI. She studies how environmental change impacts shellfish populations. Her research spans experimental biology with larval and juvenile oysters, next generation sequencing, and bioinformatics. She is broadly interested in sustainable aquaculture and research that advances the resilience of coastal communities. She looks forward to bringing her skills to a mission-driven role where she can contribute to applied aquaculture research and inform policy.
