Health and ecology of marine waters and marine life. Specifically, I am interested in the effects of global climate change and human activity as interrelated to marine and ecological health. I am interested in helping to communicate changes to our marine waters and marine life and to further the mission of the scientists at the GSO and Coastal Institute. I endeavor for my work to facilitate an informed and coastally-connected student body. By including students in projects that can support the mission of GSO/Coastal Institute and supporting our graduates as they endeavor the difficult task of advocating for a healthy marine ecology and educating the public in a way that can build an informed citizenry surrounding coastal and marine issues.
