Biography

Julia successfully defended her dissertation and the first chapter, Instream Large Wood: Denitrification Hotspots with Low N2O Production, has been accepted to the Journal of American Water Resources. She is currently preparing the others for submission. Before being published, Julia shared her research with the scientific community by presenting at five regional and national conferences.

Julia and her husband, Lou Lazar, currently live in Cleveland, Ohio.
