Interests include: - Coastal climate adaptation - Stakeholder decision making - Ports and coastal infrastructure - Resilience and vulnerability - Coastal planning, policy, and design. My research and teaching interests dovetail directly with CI's work on coastal climate change. My work as a faculty member in Marine Affairs is tied closely with the CI's mission.
