I facilitate the coordination of state agencies responsible for fresh, estuarine, and marine water resources management and sustainable economic development through interagency strategic planning, comprehensive economic and environmental monitoring and assessment, and targeted projects aimed at priorities and needs identified by state agencies and numerous other stakeholders.
