Please join Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council, the University of Rhode Island Graduate School of Oceanography / Coastal Resources Center and Rhode Island Sea Grant for the official kickoff to update the Rhode Island Ocean Special Area Management Plan (Ocean SAMP).
