Biography

Lauren Josephs joined the University of Rhode Island in 2018 and contributes to international fisheries and coastal management initiatives focused on resilience, sustainability, and community-centered resource governance.

Her expertise centers on the human dimensions of coastal management, climate vulnerability, and stakeholder decision-making. She brings experience in mixed-methods research, community interviews, and applied sustainability education.

She holds a Master of Science from the University of Rhode Island.
